            Bug ID: 455646
Summary: Feature request: Option to choose first day of the
                    week inside Kalendar
           Product: kalendar
           Version: 22.04.2
          Platform: Neon Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

Feature request: Option to choose first day of the week inside Kalendar:
Currently, Kalendar uses regional settings to determine the first day of the
week. While that is the most reasonable thing to do, it might not fit the needs
of all users. Some rarer regional settings are still missing in KDE Plasma (and
probably other DEs as well) and having an option to choose when the week should
start will enable all users who don't find their desired settings -or want to
override it inside Kalendar for any reason- to have the week and month view
which they are comfortable using.
I'd also like to add that the overall user experience of Kalendar is terrific
IMO, being the best calendar application I've used on all platforms. Many
thanks to its developers and contributors.
