This is an issue in X11 as well. My mouse theme changes depending on where it
is on the screen. On the desktop it becomes Adwaita, on the application screen
it is my selected theme, moving over to the task-bar it turns Adwaita again,
hovering an application icon in the task-bar is my selected theme.
