SUMMARY
I have recently updated my Arch install to Plasma 5.25 and notice an issue.
Whenever I try to move an Application on the Dock to another location, I can
not move it to the exact location I want it to be at AND the Dock gets stuck.
The Application Icon stays Gray and selected (blue focus accent) and the Dock
(set to autohide) doesnt disappear.
So far only restarting the dock has helped.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
(Have not tried to reproduce outside of my system)
1. On Plasma 5.25 with Latte-Dock 0.10.8
2. Open an Application
3. Click and Hold the application icon in the dock and move
4. Release the mouse
5. Dock is stuck
OBSERVED RESULT
Application is stuck and doesnt move, Dock gets stuck and doesnt behave
normally.
EXPECTED RESULT
Application can be moved and Dock isnt stuck.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Sadly there is no helpful output when running latte with --debug.
