For what I can recall, menu lists position has always been buggy in Wayland
Plasma sessions with dual monnitors, and it still (maybe even more) on 5.25 (.0
and .1). See screenshots. On the first picture, I clicked "Configuration" in
the Konsole menu bar and see where the list pops up. On the second picture, I
clicked the hamburger button, and see where the menu pops up.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use dual monitors on Wayland
2. Open a Qt window
3. Open any menu entry in the menu bar
OBSERVED RESULT
The menu list is not where it should be.
