SUMMARY
The new QML effects like overview, present-windows, desktop grid are noticeably
slower to activate.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Trigger present-windows
OBSERVED RESULT
The effect activates slower (there is a delay between pressing the button to
the effect displaying.)
EXPECTED RESULT
The effect should trigger instantly
