STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Suspend system
2. Restart
3. Resize any Window
OBSERVED RESULT
Title-bar gets stretched/compressed. Including Program icons and buttons. Also
it doesn't update the content anymore, eg Firefox doesn't change the title when
i switch tabs.
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal resizing. Changing the title when switching tabs and co.
USED FIX
running "kwin_x11 --replace" in any terminal and keeping it open in den
background.
