While I am on the slower side of animations anyways – usually I have the speed settings on the 7th mark and only changed them for reproducing this bug – I do understand the appeal of a "snappy" UX by default. If that default changed over time to accustom the changing general animation expectations that'd be fine, it's just the the proportional speed of effects within the same speed setting needs to be wholistic and matching.
