SUMMARY

When youtube/any streaming video is playing in minimized window (this supposed
to only works if it was plying in fullscreen before minimized since 5.24. not
sure why. was still useful at least), thumbnail aside should play the video
flawlessly. It only wakes up and continue playing when mouse is moving or keep
the desktop busy by switching between desktop and etc since 5.25 update.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. play youtube in fullscreen
2. enable thumbnail aside effect
3. minimize the window
OBSERVED RESULT
Plays video for 2 second then it pauses until there are additional activities
in the desktop such as switching between desktops or moving mouse around and
etc. So to clarify this, you need to keep the desktop busy in the background by
moving around mouse cursor constantly and etc in order to trigger streaming
keep going, .
EXPECTED RESULT
It should play video flawlessly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Not sure this is related to thumbnail in the panel but panel thumbnail only
works half the time. It's not stable either. I think this was already the case
even before updating to 5.25 for the panel.
