I now have upgraded to 5.25.2. It looks like this patch has also made it into 5.25.2 - so I didn't have to explicitly apply it. On first wakeup - taskbar disappeared and desktop icons moved to another monitor.. On second wakeup - taskbar still gone, desktop icons disappeared, and one of monitor wallpapers disappeared, has just black background now. No KCrash Handler dialogs.
