In KInfoCentre, under the USB devices, I found my Wireless adapter. Everything
seems to work alright. One issue is, under the Manufacturer Heading Realtek is
bad spelt as "Realteek". It's a small issue but an issue nonetheless.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Info Centre
2. Go to USB Devices
3. Under any Realtek device, the heading is misspelt
OBSERVED RESULT
Misspelt Realtek as Realteek
