STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a window, whose content changes over time, eg play a video
2. Move the window to another VD
OBSERVED RESULT
The video stops playing respectively the window becomes static, showing the
last frame when it was dragged from its original VD.
Moving it back to its original VD, makes it animated again. If a 2nd screen is
attached, moving it to the corresponding VD on the 2nd screen, has the same
effect.
