When Tree View is in a window, I can't move files in folders into other
folders.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new file and a new folder
2. Pop Tree View out into another window
3. Try to move the file into the folder
Actual Results:
A "no" sign appears and the file cannot be moved
Expected Results:
File should still be able to move
Obvious work around is that I move the Tree View back into the main window.
>From there I can move files again.
