STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. open Spectacle by pressing printscreen key
3. maximize Spectacle window
4. open 'Area' dropdown
OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screenshot, 'Area' dropdown opens in wrong
position
EXPECTED RESULT
'Area' dropdown opens in correct position
