Reproduced with a new LIVE USB of kubuntu-16.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso download
from Kubuntu webpage. Same version of Plasma version 5.5.5 and same error.
Error reproduced from OEM image, no new apps installed, no changes to OS, just
boot to LIVE and reproduced steps and got same error.
