STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate the Mouse Click Animation with its default settings
2. Set the line width to "0 px"
2. Click somewhere in the eg system settings (or any other applications), but
not on any control.
OBSERVED RESULT
Please see the screen recording. The outer parts of the "circles" stay for a
while and flicker.
