SUMMARY
Android doesn't show the full license text as opposed to desktop
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open neochat -> Settings -> about neochat -> Click on gplv3 link
OBSERVED RESULT
Only the disclaimer (copyright and "program is distributed under gplv3") is
shown
EXPECTED RESULT
It should show the full license as well, like on desktop.
