[plasmashell] [Bug 456458] Cursor keeps disappearing! Disappears when moving from desktop to the taskbar. Changes from a normal 'arrow' to a 'hand' or some other icon. This started with the previous download to the present one(7/7/2022).

That's odd. Can you attach a screen recording that shows the issue? I suspect
this will be very difficult or even impossible to debug otherwise.
