When emptying the Wastebin via the context menu in Dolphins Left hand panel
there are no longer any sound notifications played.
If you open the Wastebin and right click in its "main window" to empty the bin
the sound notifications works fine.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on Left panel Wastebin Icon to bring up the context menu and
Empty it.
OBSERVED RESULT
No sound notifications
EXPECTED RESULT
Sound should play when warning and emptying the Bin.
This used to work fine but broke a few releases ago.
