SUMMARY
Files on Matrix have a filename, it would be nice if those files would get used
to autofill the "filename" section when downloading one.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open NeoChat and find a file
2. Right click -> save as
OBSERVED RESULT
The "name" section in the filepicker should be empty
EXPECTED RESULT
The "name" section should have the name of file (aka if it was "mycutecat.png")
