SUMMARY
When screen is locked, sometimes it locks user from logging in for 5, 10, 15 or
more mins.
I know that this happens because of many log in attempts, but this happens even
without any log in attempt.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock screen
2. Sometimes it locks out user
OBSERVED RESULT
User is locked for 5, 10 or more mins
EXPECTED RESULT
User is not locked
