After update konsole to 16.08.0, the transparent background doesn't work, only
show the clack background. In profile settings menu, show a warning message in
an orange box (my translation to english...):
"The konsole started before started the desktop effects. For transparent
background need to restart konsole."
Close all konsole, and start a new: same problem. After restart OS, fresh boot:
same problem.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a konsole with enabled tarnsparent background.
2. Black screen instead of transparent backround. Warning messages in profile
settings.
3. Close all konsole, start a new. Same problem.
