Summary: I cant view installed apps. i cant install apps
through rpm(flatpaks can be installed) Also
metadata(screenshots) is not fetched properly. Btw i
am using a proxy which i believe is the root cause of
the issue. Pretty much discover is not useable at all.

also in settings it shows missing backends loading...
