All icons from a project tree are gone, icons from menu bar(build, stop,
execute etc) gone too. Here's a picture http://i.imgur.com/ZJw2f4c.png

Steps to Reproduce:
I've just updated my arch linux(everything) including kdevelop 4.7 and tried to
run kdevelop 5.0-1 https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/kdevelop/
Actual Results:
Kdevelop started but all icons are missing.
Expected Results:
Expected to see screenshot from kdevelop blog post about update to 5.0 with
icons near every file in a project tree, icons instead of text buttons.
Kdevelop prints the following when I open it with a loaded session:
Ninja plugin installed but ninja is not installed.
Could not load plugin "KDevNinjaBuilder" , it reported the error: "" Disabling
the plugin now.
