winget package manager broke because the download URL changed over at
`build-artifacts.kde.org`.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Visit the bug report listed above
2. Visit their GitHub repo where they store the listing for KMyMoney
3. Notice that the URL for version 5.1 does not work :(
