SUMMARY
Matrix supports reasons for (almost?) all moderator actions. Currently NeoChat
does not prompt the user for these.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be admin on a room, and kick another user
OBSERVED RESULT
User is kicked without another prompt
EXPECTED RESULT
NeoChat should ask for the reason why the user was kicked, so other
users/moderators can see it too.
