STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect external (HDMI) monitor to laptop
2. The monitor shows as disabled in systemsettings/kscreen-doctor
3. Try to enable it via systemsettings/kscreen-doctor
OBSERVED RESULT
The monitor is still disabled
EXPECTED RESULT
The monitor is enabled
