SUMMARY
Account avatars different between SDDM and lock screen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Remove account avatar
2. Lock screen
3. Observe the default account avatar
4. Click "Switch User" (Takes you to SDDM)
5. Observe the default account avatar again
OBSERVED RESULT
The two avatars are different.
EXPECTED RESULT
The two avatars are the same.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro 21.3.6 (Ruah)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tested with the Manjaro "Breath" themes and the default KDE "Breeze" themes
but they both yielded the same result.
