SUMMARY
Despite acceleration profile being set to Adaptive in System Settings, new mice
that are connected after login, or mice that are reconnected after login,
always use Flat acceleration profile.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Acceleration profile to Adaptive in System Settings -> Input Devices ->
Mouse
2. Connect a new mouse or reconnect a mouse
3. Move cursor around
OBSERVED RESULT
Acceleration profile is Flat.
EXPECTED RESULT
Acceleration profile is Adaptive.
