Alacritty can't be opened in maximized mode.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the setting System Settings -> Window Management -> Advanced -> Window
placement: Maximized
2. Launch alacritty
OBSERVED RESULT
It's opened in windowed mode, but `restore` button in the header shows that
it's maximized. Only after toggle it 2 times the window becomes maximized.
EXPECTED RESULT
The window is opened in maximized mode.

It used to work as expected in plasma 5.24
