plasma-pa doesn't do anything with bluetooth directly, it only operates on what
is exposed by PulseAudio/PipeWire.

As said in
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/pipewire/-/issues/2636#note_1507580 the
Linux stack currently doesn't support the bluetooth feature you mentioned, so
there isn't really anything to do here on the Plasma side except for
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=440536
