SUMMARY

When trying to save with Ogg Vorbis or MP3 format, an error occurs. But it's
not the case with Flac or Wav formats.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new file
2. Record a track
3. Choose "Save as", then Filter = MP3 audio or Ogg audio
4. Finally proceed.
OBSERVED RESULT
A popup Window says : "An error occurred while calling the external encoder ''
for MP3 format, or "One or more encoding parameters are not supported. Please
change the settings and try again." for Ogg format.
EXPECTED RESULT
There is no problem with FLAC or WAVE format.
