Other apps, including discord_arch_electron, steam and ktorrent, don't have any problems (except Discord is blurry without libappindicator-gtk3). I use X11 and my problem is not that icons are sometimes not shown, but they have wrong monochrome color and the contours are thinner. I installed qbittorrent for test, it uses qt6 here too. The icon appears every time and it's not ugly and always colored even if I select to use monochrome icons in the app's settings.
