Difference between Kate and Gedit
SUMMARY
Kate doesn't show the difference between files having read only and write
permissions. For example using Gedit, if you open a file with read-only
permissions it will show "Read-Only" in the title bar (see attachment). This is
quite useful if opening multiple files with different permissions.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set files with read only permissions
2. Open files with read only permissions using Kate
OBSERVED RESULT
1. Title bar shows the name of the open file
EXPECTED RESULT
1. Title bar shows the file name with additional "read only"
