I can confirm this started occurring after updating to to 5.97.0-1.1 (Opensuse
Tumbleweed rolling release, August 22nd, 2022).
However, enabling or disabling Secret Service DBus API and rebooting does not
solve the issue in my case.
Current workaround is to downgrade back to 5.96 version.
