STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The cursor is not visible when moving the cursor.
OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor temporarily disappears.
The blinking cursor alternates between showing and not showing the cursor, but
the blinking starts from the invisible side.
EXPECTED RESULT
Show cursor when moving cursor

Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.19.2-1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tried to solve this by changing the value of CursorBlinkRate in the
~/.config/kdeglobals file so that it would not blink.
However, a new problem arose.
Half-width input was fine, but after I typed Japanese using fcitx5-mozc, the
cursor disappeared. When I change the window or virtual desktop, the cursor
becomes visible again.
The same problem appears again and again when I type in Japanese.
