SUMMARY
By default, Java archives (.jar) are not executed when clicking on them in
Dolphin. Instead, they're associated with Kate and Ark.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download .jar file
2. Open Dolphin
3. Double-click file
OBSERVED RESULT
The file is opened in Kate.
EXPECTED RESULT
I get a popup like with AppImages asking me whether I want to execute the file,
after which 'java -jar file.jar' is run.
