setting window specific rule for size within KDE-Systemsettings is not
respected upon start of the program.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set rules for size=721,583 & position (upper right corner) for this window
2. upon autostart, the windows is positioned in the upper right cornern, but
with a bigger windowsize.
start with the following call:
plasma-systemmonitor --page-name History

but can manually be downsized to the given size.
