SUMMARY
A bunch of views in system settings have horizontal scrollbars that are
functionally useless:
- sidebar in main menu
- info center sidebar (also has empty space where vertical scrollbar should be)
- bluetooth items list (also has empty space where vertical scrollbar should
be)
