STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Assign something to a tablet button
2. Apply and close the KCM
3. Reopen
4. Press the clear button for that key sequence
OBSERVED RESULT
The apply button is disabled
EXPECTED RESULT
The apply button should be enabled
