SUMMARY
Since plasma 5.25 the inactive tab color has become ultra dark for some reason.
This new color doesn't seem to match anything else in the theme/window and
there is no way to change it it seems. For Kate, where a lot of tabs are always
open this dark color is takes away the focus from the active tab.
Digging a bit, seems like it changed in
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/breeze/-/merge_requests/188 which sounds like a
very poor solution to me when its going to affect everything in KDE. Whats
worse is it went in without any discussions/feedback etc from anyone.
OBSERVED RESULT
Very dark color that doesn't match anything in the theme
EXPECTED RESULT
Something not so dark / at least matching in the theme OR at least with the
ability to change it.
