STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create multiple layers with content
2. Switch to the Move a Layer tool set to 'Move Layer with Content' in the Tool
Options
3. Click and drag on the canvas to move the layers
OBSERVED RESULT
Layers move, but aren't selected in the Layerbox as claimed in the Tooltip in
the Tool Options
EXPECTED RESULT
When moving a layer that's not currently selected in the layerbox, it would be
selected
