STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install Thunderbird mail client from flathub:
$flatpak install flathub org.mozilla.Thunderbird
2. open Thunderbird and configure your email account
3. when you receive a notification from bugzilla, click on the link to the bug
report
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
bug report opens with default internet browser
