STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use your browser to search for something with google
2. open Kickoff
3. search for the browser tab where the search results are loaded by typing its
title
4. hover over the browser tab in the search results
OBSERVED RESULT
buggy tooltip seen in the attached screenshot
EXPECTED RESULT
tooltip should not be buggy
