Example of unity having menubars in window decorations.
Option for integrating application menus into the titlebar with optional
black/white-list, similar to how unity does it.
It allows for way more efficent use of space as well as coonverting gtk
menubars to ones from qt, at the end making the desktop experience more
coherent and less disjointed.
I'm unsure if that's the right category to post that in, sorry if it's not
