SUMMARY
Browsing archives as folders by krarc:// links leads to indefinite wait. zip
and 7zip archives are affected
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Open Dolphin and enter krarc:/home/user/path/to/some.zip/
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin constantly shows "Opening..." and nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
zip archive contents are shown

Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20220915
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.98.0
Qt Version: 5.15.5
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The bug was introduced since July openSUSE Tumbleweed update. Before this stuff
was working as expected.
I don't know which component to choose. So just clicked "general"
