On my new Ubuntu Laptop, it was never possible to switch between particular
user accounts (user ids > 1000). The laptop was pre-installed by Tuxedo. Even
in the Lock Screen it is not possible to switch to other accounts. I created to
additional accounts beside to my own one. It is possible to use those accounts
when I log out before.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open User Switcher
2. Try to switch to another user account
OBSERVED RESULT
No other user account is displayed
EXPECTED RESULT
Other user accounts are displayed and it is possible to switch to those
accounts (parallel user sessions).
