SUMMARY
The "Polygonal Selection Tool" and the "Freehand Selection Tool" do not display
properly when used.

1. Using the "Polygonal Selection Tool" / "Freehand Selection Tool".
OBSERVED RESULT
Does not display properly when used. (See git.)
EXPECTED RESULT
It should display correctly as it does with the other selection tools.
