STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open several instances of Kate, until Kate is grouped in non-icon-only task
manager
2. open Dolphin
3. try to drag a text file from Dolphin and drop it into the first instance of
Kate (at the top of the list) grouped in the task manager
OBSERVED RESULT
we cannot drop the file because the list of grouped instances of Kate closes on
mouseover
EXPECTED RESULT
list of grouped instances should not close on mouseover
