System Settings menu item, "About System Settings", is different than in
KinfoCenter report
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Select drop-down menu
3. Select "About KDE"
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma version is set lower than reported in KinfoCenter and CLI:
