SUMMARY
Tinting does not work when colors are changed in a certain sequence
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open colors kcm page
2. Select any custom color with tint feature on
3. Now select accent color from colorscheme
OBSERVED RESULT
The default accent color selections fails to tint the windows.
EXPECTED RESULT
The tint should be applied for default accent color as well.

Linux/KDE Plasma: kde neon
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.99.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you select the option accent color from colorscheme and then switch to any
custom color
the tint won't apply either.
